Yes! Custom orders are welcome here at Wild Oak Revival. Please understand that even though I am an artist, I may have limitations. If I cannot create what you are asking for, or it does not fit my style of work I reserve the right to refuse the order. Processing times vary by the size/complexity, but most common pieces take 2 weeks. I will give you a more specific timeframe when you reach out.

Yes! Shipping is available within the US only.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Payson, Utah by appointment only. Choose free local pick up at check out. Once order is completed, I will reach out to you via email to coordinate date/time for pick up.

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly from listing photos due to the beauty of being uniquely handcrafted.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Since every piece is handmade from natural wood, there will be slight variations in grain and color. That is what makes each and every piece unique. Please understand that wood is a natural material - grain, color, and texture vary. No two pieces are made exactly alike.
